Diving in Tenerife

Diving Tenerife in October with water a balmy 22 degrees. We had a busy month meeting new clients and saying hello to some familiar faces.

We welcomed for the first time, Mike & Sharon who spent a week of diving in our Tenerife waters.

Coincidently, they had the same wetsuits as two of our other clients Patrick & Lynda. They were named the Oceanic Panic team.

Here we have a very happy Bexie, who has just completed her PADI open diver course.

Congratulations to Bexie and we wish you well at university next year.

Here we have Dave & Jackie who enjoyed a couple of days diving with us in Tenerife. They particularly enjoyed our famous rays dive which is just a few minutes outside the harbour at Las Galletas.

From our homeland in Scotland we have Jim and Ross who came over for a week of diving.

During the week they completed their PADI advanced open diver course.

Here are the smiling newly certified divers returning to shore to collect their temporary certification cards.

We have many Spanish divers who are on holiday from the Spanish mainland.

Here we have three eager students listening to the dive briefing before taking their first breath underwater and completing the Discover Scuba.

These happy divers were on holiday from Germany, Chris and Chris.

What a fun week they had diving in Tenerife for the first time and hopefully we will see them again next year.

Enriched air diving (NITROX) is becoming more popular with divers as they become aware of the benefits of diving with a richer mix of oxygen. Agua Tenerife Diving Centre are the only British centre in the South of the island to pump Nitrox onsite.

Enjoying our warm sunshine from the left is Rob, Billy and Alan.

Rob and Alan are both previous customers and Billy is from our homeland in Scotland who came over to complete his PADI rescue diver course. Congratulations to Billy who successfully completed the course.

......and here is Rob with Mark on the left and two of our local divers, Jan and Jaime.

Mark took some time of work in Poland, to complete the PADI enriched air diver course and PADI deep diver course.

Congratulations to Mark who we hope to see again in the not too distant future.

Here in the middle of Billy and Mark is Ian. Congratulations to Ian who completed his PADI enriched air diver course

Diving is not always about completing courses, Billy, Ian & Mark also enjoyed a few days of diving just for pleasure.

We did manage to get a day off this month for our friends wedding. Here is the happy couple Pekko & Paula to whom we wish many happy years together.
