The Southern
Red Sea offers a vast amount of marine reserves which are only accessible
from a liveaboard, (except Elphinstone which is visited by day boats). The
Brothers Islands offer some of the best diving in the world with soft corals,
huge sea fans and of course sharks. On Big Brother there are two wrecks, Numidia
and Aida, and Little Brother has many more soft and hard corals. Daedalus
reef lies halfway to Saudi Arabia, it is as impressive as the brother islands
but less dived making it a must. Out in the blue you can find Manta Rays,
Reef sharks and Hammerheads. Elphinstone reef is closer to shore, a nice reef
but with more boats (we may bypass this site for a less crowded area). We
then head back up towards Marsa Alam finishing off on the last day with a
couple of reef dives near the coast and then on for our final night in the
Coral Beach Hotel.
So what
does the trip include?

from London Gatwick on Aestraeus with a 25kg weight allowance.

What´s not
included?

Crew/Dive

Who´s
going?
We have selected a list of the people who were on our last trip, or could not make the last trip and those who have been with us before in Tenerife. The minimum certification requirement for the trip is PADI Advanced or equivalent and 50 logged dives. As we are limited to 22 people plus Yvonne and myself, it will have to be on a first come basis secured with a ₤200 deposit. We will be arranging everything through Tony Backhurst, a leading Red Sea tour operator who is fully Atol registered. The final balance will be payable 8 weeks prior to departure.
